I had been wanting a cargo trailer for years. My 15 year old son races motocross & my Mother passed away and I have a lot of her belongings to now move. I decided it was now time to make the purchase of a cargo trailer to ensure when moving my Mother’s things they would be transported without fear of damage & we would have the trailer we needed for my sons motocross. I had a great experience working with Devin & Ryan when purchasing my new cargo trailer. I found the trailer online and lived over 3 hours away. No pressure to put a down payment prior to seeing the trailer in person. Devin, my salesman and everyone else I meet were such nice people. The buying process was very smooth and easy. It’s easy to see Sancrest in Billings, MO is a company that prides itself on making a customer happy. I looked at other trailers with other companies but the customer service at the other places was mediocre at best. I can’t say it was because I was a woman for sure but I didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously with the other companies. I will say as a woman consumer I highly recommend Sancrest.

Justin at the Billings location was incredibly pleasant to work with. He let the quality of the product sell itself while being willing and able to answer the questions that I had. He made sure that I had an appropriate vehicle capable of towing the trailer. The paperwork was quick and the staff very helpful in helping me upgrade my hitch and ball to handle the ratings of the trailer. Prices of accessories are far less than what I expected. I was made aware that Sancrest is there to answer any further questions that I have. Overall, I felt that my experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend Sancrest Trailer Sales to anyone.

This company and all of its employees are great to work with. My business relies on my trailers being able to move down the road like they are intended. I know if I have any questions or need a little help getting stuff taken care of I can call, Devin, Phil or Rob and they will do anything they can to help me get back up on the road and moving again.

Our trailer looks great, but the salesman would not call us back or respond to texts in a timely manner. Of course the trailer took longer to build than we were originally told. We were not surprised about that, but the salesman wouldn’t keep us updated on the progress. We had to call and text constantly to even get an update. You know we need the trailer for work and we are anxious to get it. Why not set a time aside once a week to check the progress of all your delayed projects and send updates? Why make us call constantly? Any coworker could do that. If the salesman is too busy, have someone else do it. Not sure if we will do business there again other than routine maintenance or tires.

After struggling trying to work with a competing business, Justin was extremely knowledgeable, confident, professional, and personable. Which was exactly what we needed after the mess with the prior business. The selection of trailers was plentiful and they were in tip top shape! We appreciate the simplicity of working with Justin and this great business!
